Admissions

Admission for all classes is purely on open merit. Admissible seats for every academic level are advertised every year . The candidates will have to get prospectus from the college on their own payment and will submit admission forms within the due date. A written test followed by an interview will be conducted for admission.

b. NURSERY TO CLASS X
Applications for admission will be invited through the press by the college. Admission will be decided on merit, worked out as under:-

Written Tests will include, English, Urdu, Maths and Science. Oral test will comprise General knowledge & Verbal expression. Medical Check-up to determine overall health and to identify overage cases .
Children of employees and staff will be given 10 % extra marks on the total scored marks. Transfer cases of serving government servants will be accorded priority for admission. They will, however, be processed through the admission test procedure.

c. Class XI. Admission in F.Sc 1st Year will be based purely on merit, and eligibility criteria specified below:-

Provisional Admission: Class XI. Own students may be granted provisional admission 10 days after the end of Matric Exams for the purposes of extra coaching/studies. Their provisional admission will be subject to a clean record of discipline, which will be determined/approved by the College Academic Council based on the recommendations of the class teachers. However, their admissions will be confirmed only after the declaration of Matriculation result. Their admission will be confirmed as per eligibility laid down above.
a. The Principal may keep 10% of the total number of seats for 15 days for
outstanding students who may turn up for admission after the last date, due to
unavoidable circumstances.
b. Ineligibility
(I) Those passing in supplementary exam in the year of admission.
(ii) Regular students of F.Sc who have not passed their Part-I exam.

c. Miscellaneous
Change of subjects shall not be allowed after 30 days of the beginning of the
session.

d. Cancellation of Admission. Admission will be cancelled if a student is found guilty
of the following irregularities:-
Wrong information in the application form.

Not joining the classes 10 days after the start of the academic session.
Absenting himself from the College for 10 consecutive days.
Not paying the College dues within seven days of the declaration of the Board results by the given date.
Being a habitual agitator or having been struck off/ expelled from an educational institution on disciplinary grounds.

Migration from one college to another shall be allowed only in transfer cases (Govt
Servants only).


AGE RELAXATION
Age Relaxation may be allowed up to 120 days.

ATTENDANCE, DRESS, EXAM, AND LEAVE RULES
Regular attendance at lectures, laboratory work is necessary. The names of the students who remain continuously absent from the class for 10 days without prior permission would be removed from the College roll. 80% attendance for all the students is necessary to make them eligible for examinations. Students are warned in their own interest that the shortage in attendance will not be condoned.

Following punishments/fine will be imposed:-
Absence from one class Rs. 100/-
Absence without leave Rs. 500/-
Coming Late from Weekend Rs.500/-(1st Day)
Absence from monthly test Rs. 100/- (Per Subject)
Absence from terminal exam Rs. 500/-(Per Subject)
Improper hair cut Rs. 100/- Daily
Improper dress for Masjid & Mess Rs.100/- daily
Improper Uniform Rs. 100/- Daily
Student without Tie/Badge Rs. 50/- daily

LEAVE RULES
A written application should be sent to the Principal by the student or his parents.
Sick leave will be sanctioned only on the production of a medical certificate from authorised Govt hospital.
Any kind of leave other than sick leave exceeding ONE day shall be granted when the application is attested by the parent
